Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Bronte Schofield has revealed all about her sex life with TV husband Harrison Boon, including the awkward moment they consummated their marriage.

The controversial couple often mentioned their “hot” sex seshes while on the show, leading fans to believe that while they may be faking their romance, they were at least making the most of being in such close proximity.

However, in the second part of her tell-all with So Dramatic!, Bronte revealed this couldn’t be further from the truth.

“We had sex twice,” the 28-year-old confessed in episode 280 of the So Dramatic! podcast. “No, three times, the entire time.”

According to Bronte, this included their “two attempts” of being intimate on their honeymoon, which was one of their first obstacles in the experiment.

ICYMI: Harrison couldn’t stop gushing over how “f*cking sexy” his bae looked at the time, only to reveal the next day that they’d consummated their marriage in a rather unceremonious way.

“Sometimes the hotter the flame, the faster it burns out,” he told producers.

Speaking about the uncomfy encounter, Bronte told host Megan Pustetto that she “felt like a mattress with a hole in it”.

“It was too intense,” she said. “I was like, ‘Bro, slow down… This is just not happening… It’s too much too soon’.”

While Harrison initially “respected” her feelings, Bronte said he quickly turned it on her and claimed he felt pressured to be intimate.

Bronte Schofield reveals she suggested she and Harrison Boon ‘take it slow’ on Married at First Sight

Bronte said she is “a bit confused” about Harrison’s allegations he was pressured to have sex with her.

“I’m the one that literally said that I’m happy to take it slow,” she admitted. “I don’t know what universe he’s living in, but I’ve never pressured anyone in my life. Ever.”

She then claimed that Harrison adopted the storyline of wanting to take things slow because he knew it was a good look.

“When Harrison hears a really good narrative that he thinks is going to make himself look good, he runs with it,” Bronte said. “Even if it’s not his narrative.

“That’s mine. That’s my truth, that’s my story. He has done that through the entire experiment.”

She continued: “He’s gone, ‘Oh, well, that actually paints a really good picture for Bronte. She said that she put a pause on everything… It makes her look like she’s genuine and there for the right reasons.’

“I’m like, ‘Mate… you completely ripped off my entire dialogue to make yourself look good.'”

Married at First Sight‘s Bronte Schofield recalls Harrison Boon accusing her of faking a miscarriage

As previously reported by So Dramatic!, Harrison reportedly accused Bronte of fabricating a story about having a miscarriage to gain sympathy from viewers.

The TV bride said the admission occurred while they were having a bonfire date on their honeymoon.

Explaining that they had been discussing past relationships, Bronte revealed her past romance ended as a result of her miscarriage.

“In that moment, it didn’t feel like there [were] cameras around, and then I’ve gone, ‘Oh my God’,” she recalled.

She asked to speak with a producer as the admission was “quite triggering” and she didn’t “want to upset anybody” if the scene made the final edit.

Once she got the all-clear that it was okay to discuss on-camera, Bronte continued her story. However, Harrison gave her “a cold look”.

“He goes, ‘Did you just make that up? I think you made that up for the cameras, for people to feel sorry for you’,” she said.

However, in “typical Harrison behaviour“, he “turned it around” and claimed to have also experienced a miscarriage in his relationships.

“I went, ‘Are you actually trying to relate to me right now?… I’m really sorry that happened, but you just accused me of lying and now you’re spinning it saying [you’ve] had one too’.

“I was really, really upset.”
