Married at First Sight Australia 2023 viewers have made sensational comparisons between Alyssa Barmonde and Harrison Boon as they call for her to be removed from the show.
Many viewers are pointing out similarities between the mother-of-one’s treatment of her husband Duncan James to the way Harrison spent the whole season gaslighting and undermining his wife Bronte Schofield.
MAFS fans’ collective patience is wearing thin with Alyssa after enduring her catchphrase “I have a child” for the millionth time.
But the last straw was during the final Dinner Party on March 22 when the executive assistant got stuck into dreamboat Duncan because he only had good things to say about being with his wife.

Viewers have slammed Alyssa on Twitter for being a “vapid brat” and drawn some pretty accurate comparisons between her and the father-of-one.
Harrison is quite possibly the most hated contestant to ever star on MAFS thanks to his constant gaslighting and his mum sticking up for his really questionable antics.

Viewers were left shocked by Alyssa’s outrageous display of emotional manipulation against her husband, with some calling for her to go.

One viewer really hit the nail on the head by drawing parallels between Cameron Woods and Alyssa’s extremely rigid dating schedules.
Cameron claimed he wouldn’t see much of his wife Lyndall Grace in the real world because his job required him to be out in the bush anywhere from “two weeks” to “six months or a year” and some locations don’t even have any phone reception.
While Alyssa told Duncan she could only see him three time a fortnight because of “her child”.
What happened at the final Dinner Party to spark the reactions
During the final Dinner Party Alyssa unleashed her usual antics at Duncan, who had nothing but positive things to say about her.
“I feel warm, I feel close. I love how you make me feel when it’s good,” he said of their marriage.
But Alyssa snapped back: “When it’s good…Which is what, 56 per cent of the time?”
Duncan tried to explain himself but Alyssa minced his words.
“Even just then, I’m just describing some things I like about you and you just cut me down,” he said.
“I think you’ve got amazing, wonderful traits. I’ve had an amazing connection with you from the start. How I feel about you, I could talk about it for days.
“But I’m also concerned about literally what just happened.”
