As per Daily Mail, the 25-year-old drummer lost his prized instrument in a fire that ripped through Staple Studios in Melbourne.

The musician’s office was also located in the now-demolished East Brunswick workspace.

Jed’s manager, Cam Noble, said the inferno also saw $200,000 worth of recording equipment and autographed photos destroyed.

He also provided a link to a GoFundMe page created to raise money in the hopes of getting the space back “up and running”.

Jed McIntosh’s family home burned down in the 2009 Victorian bushfires

It isn’t the first time the reality star has been victim to a destructive fire.

In 2009, the musician’s family home in Drouin West was burned down in the Victorian bushfires.

Speaking to ABC following the tragedy, Jed said that his family were forced to “pile all the stuff into the trailer and just [take] off.”

“I mean it’s not anyone’s cup of tea getting your house burnt down,” a then-12-year-old Jed said at the time.

“You get all depressed and everything.

“But, I’m not saying forget about what happened but just look to the good things,” he added.

The Bachelors stars were left ‘fuming’ after the show was put on hold until 2023

Jed’s latest hurdle comes following more bad news in August that Network 10 had decided to push The Bachelors to a January 9 premiere.

The Machine Gun Kelly lookalike, as well as co-stars Felix Von Hofe and Thomas Malucelli, were reportedly left “fuming” about having to delay their travel and business plans.

“The show was filmed four months ago and the cast weren’t able to return to social media until three months after the final air date,” a source told Daily Mail.

“Some of them were hoping to be bona fide influencers by now.”
