Just when we began to think that Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2022 was wholesome AF, we discovered TWO partner swaps have occurred off-screen!

The addition of Australia’s very first female farmer, Paige Marsh, came with an influx of terrible eligible bachelors, meaning the women had more blokes to choose from than just the main farmers.

As reported in episode 213 of the So Dramatic! podcast, some sneaky insiders revealed that not only did the farmers find love, but so did two of the unlucky contestants!

Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2022 has resulted in TWO partner swaps — and they weren’t the farmers! Source: Seven.

According to our source, the first official couple swap was from Farmer Will Simpson and Farmer Paige’s farms — Keely Smart and James Flynn!

“You’ve probably been told this as they weren’t hiding it at all, but Keely and James from FWAW are together!” a So Dramatic! spy revealed, and no, we hadn’t been told this!

“They live together now and holidayed up in Darwin in July.” Oooh! Cute!

“They got in contact after they were both off the show,” the insider added, before saying that they were told the show was “really, really produced” but didn’t have anything “bad” to say about their respective farmers. (Duh, Will!)

“They seem happy and live together and are travelling together.” CUTE!

Who Was Part of the SECOND Partner Swap In This Year’s Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2022?

While Keely and James are hella official, the next couple swap is…not so much!

Another source slid into So Dramatic!’s DM’s and announced that Marty Birdsall (also from Paige’s farm) hooked up with another farmer gal as well; unfortunately, we have NO idea who. Sad face.

“He said he wasn’t really into Paige, nor were many of the other guys,” our insider admitted.

“He said he got to the point where he didn’t want to be there anymore, so they concocted a story to get him off the show.”

As we know, Marty left the show due to feeling “unwell” and couldn’t return to the farm… so, with this new piece of information — the story checks out!

One Farmer Gal Actually Auditioned for Married at First Sight Australia 2023

This may not be a partner swap, but it is definitely a SHOW swap!

It turns out Molly Brown from Farmer Benjamin Jackson‘s farm applied for Married at First Sight Australia 2023!

According to a source, Molly applied for MAFS but didn’t make the cut.

“Molly then got a call from the producers at the end of last year asking if she would consider going on FWAW instead,” they dished.

“So, the farmer she got [Benjamin], she didn’t even know who it was and what he looked like because she didn’t get to choose.” JUICY!
