Instead of singing, they will be lip-syncing for their life (and $100,000 for their favourite charity)! Their celebrity identities will only be revealed when they’re told to “sashay away”.

The celebs will also be judged on “charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent”.

It looks as though celebrities of all genders were welcome to join. But unfortunately, it seems like we won’t be introduced to any budding new Drag Kings this year.

The baby Queens will be mentored by RuPaul’s Drag Race royalty. These include Jujubee, Brooke Lynn Hytes and Monét X Change, proving themselves as drag mothers for the stars.

What Has Changed From RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race Season One?

Each episode, the three celebrities competed for the title of America’s Next Celebrity Drag Superstar” and $30,000 for their chosen charity.

It appears they’re changing up the formula this year, with all nine celebs competing from the get-go (and for a higher prize).

Arguably, the biggest change for season two is the guessing element, with all three celebrities being revealed at the start of the episode in the first season.

Our fave from season one was Girls Like Girls singer Hayley Kiyoko, but celebs ranged from seasoned LGBTQI+ stars to one dude from Riverdale who had “never worn a dress”.

The season two premiere releases on Stan on August 13, but you can watch the whole first season now!
