We already know that The Bachelor Australia is getting a huge shake-up in 2023 (hello, THREE Bachelors), and now it has been revealed that there is a brand new Bachelor mansion as well.
Since filming is taking place on the Gold Coast instead of Sydney this year, we must bid adieu to Le Chateau and hello to a Beverly Hills style McMansion!
The Jared Poole designed home is located in Broadbeach Waters along the Nerang River, Queensland and since it sits across a 2,390 m2 double block, it will have oodles of room for ALL the suitors of our Bachelors.
Back in 2014, the mansion was sold for an eye-watering $2,680,000, however, it is now reportedly worth $14.5million… there are just no words.
What Shared-Space Features Does the New Bachelors Mansion Have?
According to its official listing on Real Estate.com.au, the new home is the “ultimate [in] luxury lifestyle with a modern charm” and boasts waterfront and expansive city skyline views.
It also has a variety of living spaces “around a central manicured lawn” and a spectacular waterfront pool.
To top off the outdoor area, it also has the ultimate alfresco entertaining centre which includes an inbuilt wet bar, barbecue and an open fireplace.
As for inside, the home has an open plan kitchen, lounge and formal dining area which opens out to the central lawn space.
What do the Bedrooms and Bathrooms of The Bachelors Australia 2023 Mansion Look Like?
While there is an addition of fantasy suites this year, for the majority of their stay, the suitors will be sharing rooms inside the new McMansion.
There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms within the new house — however, we’re sure there is a lot more space that has been converted into rooms.
The second floor primary suite has a generous wrap-around balcony, as well as a deluxe ensuite with insane views — and honestly, we’d be asking to be set up in these digs!
Other features include an upstairs rumpus room with a private balcony, an indoor gym, air-conditioning throughout, an intercom and alarm system AND a timber Jetty and pontoon. WTAF.
