The Bachelor Australia alum Bella Varelis has revealed that her dad had to come to her rescue after she was scammed by an ATM during her trip to Italy.
Bella — who is currently vacationing in Italy with her boyfriend Will Stokoe — took to Instagram to share that she was “disheartened” after the loss of her holiday funds meant she was unable to buy a designer bag that she had her eye on.
But luckily, her dad Steve swooped in to save the day by wiring her some extra funds.
Bella Varelis Still Managed to Buy Her Designer Bag
On Tuesday, the 27-year-old informed her 110k Instagram followers that she had been saving up to “spoil herself with something extra special”.
Unfortunately, her plans were dashed by the dodgy ATM.
“[I] ended up feeling pretty disheartened but dad ended up coming to the rescue… so I decided to spoil myself today,” she wrote.
Bella then disclosed that she was still choosing which bag she wanted to splash out on and shared two of the options with her followers.
One was the Large Dior Book Tote — which retails for around $5,000 — and the other, a Dior Saddle Bag — which retails for around $4,700.
In the snaps, she was also wearing matching Christian Dior slides.
