Trevor Butler made waves when he proposed to his girlfriend after winning Big Brother Australia in 2004. But after all these years on, are they still together?
Trevor — known affectionately as “Big Trev” — obvs hadn’t had enough of Big Brother after becoming an instant millionaire in ’04 because decided to attempt a SECOND win for the franchise’s 2022 instalment.
His second stint on the show has us reminiscing simpler times when a reality TV proposal was more than just a PR stunt — or was it?
So, after some digging, it turns out that yes, when the then-31-year-old proposed to Breea Forrest live on TV, it was a legitimate act of love!
In fact, the couple is still together and even shares two sons.
Trevor frequently gushes over his family on Instagram and in April last year reminisced on his BBAU proposal in a sweet anniversary shout-out to his wife.

What Else Has Trevor Been Up To Since Winning Big Brother in 2004?
Following his OG Big Brother victory in 2004, Trevor has not only married his “true love” and had a couple of kids, but also bought a house and invested his winnings.
Further, he spoiled himself and his family (who wouldn’t) and bought two of his dream cars, as per news.com.au.
After becoming the first Fijian-Australian to win Big Brother Australia, Trevor later guest-starred on the sixth episode of Chris Lilley’s television series Summer Heights High in 2007.
Now, the reality star works as a radio host for the Gold Coast station, 102.9 Hot Tomato.
