Big Brother VIP Australia 2021 stars Jessika Power and Imogen Anthony are reportedly set to star in an all-new series based on the naughties hit The Simple Life.

The series, which catapulted American socialites Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie to stardom in 2003, followed them as they got to know the brutal realities of normie life across the US.

Now, Australia’s Big Brother VIP personalities are destined for a similar “fish out of water” venture, according to the Herald Sun.

The publication said that Jessika, who first found fame on Married at First Sight in 2019, will “hit the road exploring known and not-so-known towns, communities and coastlines from Melbourne to Brisbane”.

While Imogen (AKA Kyle Sandilands‘ ex) is yet to officially sign on, the Herald Sun suggested the controversial star is being spruiked as Jessika’s potential road trip companion. And based on their dynamic on Big Brother VIP, we are alllll for this new TV pairing!

However, there’s no word yet of when Australia’s answer to Thelma and Louise will hit screens, with reports claiming the series is still in its “early stages”.

Jessika Power Is On The Up And Up In Reality TV

Jessika rose to infamy on Married at First Sight 2019 after she and Dan Webb engaged in an extramarital affair.

Despite the public’s “ya either love her or hate her” attitude towards the TV bride, Jessika certainly finessed a pretty successful career out of it.

After her stint on Big Brother VIP in late 2021, the 29-year-old moved to the UK to pursue international opportunities.

While shacking up with a new British beau, Jessika appeared on Celebs Go Dating UK, where she spilled some hot tea about Game of Thrones heartthrob Jason Momoa.

“Actually I have a funny story about Jason Momoa in a hot tub,” she teased, before revealing the pair met at a party.

“We were all just in a hot tub, just drinking champagne and partying,” Jessika recalled. Sigh. It really is hard seeing someone else live your dream…

The Big Brother VIP contestant also added that the actor was “really lovely and normal”. However, she refused to share any more details.

“That’s as far as I’ll go with it,” she said. “I got into trouble last time when I said something about an actor on TV!”
