Dropping on January 3, 2022, the latest season of I’m A Celeb is said to have a major twist in the first week, unlike anything we’ve ever seen before.
The series also promises to exceed expectations, with cheeky clues indicating that they have some yuge drawcards in terms of celebrities hitting the jungle.

Long-time leaders of the I’m A Celeb camp, Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris, are returning to our screens for their eighth season of whacky jungle antics.

I’m A Celeb‘s latest season will be coming to you live from the most dangerous place on earth… The Aussie “jungle”!
Okay, so maybe it’s not the most dangerous, but have you seen some of our creepy crawlies? Terrifying.
While many of its formative seasons were filmed in South Africa, the 2022 iteration will be broadcast from Murwillumbah, NSW.
This is the same location where I’m A Celebrity Australia was filmed in 2021.
What’s The Prize If You Win I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia?
While contestants on I’m A Celeb shouldn’t bank on taking home any prize money if they win the show, they can bet on making a difference to someone’s life.
Whoever is crowned King or Queen of the jungle will receive $100,000 to gift to their charity of choice.
In the past, the eye-watering prize has been awarded to organisations such as Beyond Blue, Dementia Australia and RUOK?.
Who Is Going To Be On I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia 2021?
As the new season quickly approaches, we’ve been privy to some pretty telling clues as to who is heading into the jungle.
Teaser trailers have seen both Chris and Julia wear costumes that reflect the contestants’ professions. And based on the ‘fits, fans can expect to see a beauty queen, chef, country singer, AFL star and comedian make a bid to be the next King or Queen of the Jungle.
Dr Chris also dropped a hint that an international reality star will be “getting a dose of reality” once they hit the Aussie jungle.
Names currently in the mix of celebs include Beau Ryan, MAFS alumni Davina Rankin, former Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley and Geordie Shore‘s Gaz Beadle.
“Which country singer has new management and a tour in early 2022, perfect to plug while in the Aussie jungle?” the source wrote. “Look no further than Melinda Schneider... oh, and she has sssssix Golden Guitars.”
According to a recent clue, “a country singer is headed into the jungle” and “no amount of Golden Guitars can save them now”.
