The Bachelorette Australia’s Brooke Blurton and Darvid Garayeli took time away from Instagram after the fall-out of finale week.

While we follow a ton of reality stars, we did miss seeing updates from our new favourite reality TV couple. However, luckily for us, the loved-up couple have shared some gorgeous pics of their social media-free time.

Taking to her Instagram stories on Thursday, Brooke shared a slew of frames of what the pair got up to.

What Did Brooke and Darvid Get Up to During Their Week Away from Social Media?

“What our week looked like,” Brooke captioned the first slide.

Photos included some much-needed cuddle time with Brooke’s ADORABLE pup Cobar and a trip to Bunnings! They even bought a Smeg kettle to adorn their new home.

The couple also had some friend time with bestie Gabrielle Ebsworth at a Friendsmas and Brooke was gifted some gorgeous flowers from Garnier to put in their humble abode.

Why Did Brooke and Darvid Have a Social Media-Free Week?

Back on December 2, Brooke broke her silence on her feud with Abbie Chatfield.

Abbie’s relationship with one of Brooke’s third runner-ups, Konrad Bien-Stephen, dominated headlines after pictures emerged of the pair kissing while he was still vying for Brooke’s heart on-screen. Then, Abbie “hard launched” their relationship with an Instagram carousel on the eve of the history-making finale.

Although a source close to the 26-year-old Bachelorette told So Dramatic! that she was “really upset” about the launch of the new relationship, Brooke was yet to directly address the situation.

Brooke took to her Instagram stories to reveal she and Darvid were going “offline” in the wake of the drama.

“D and I just want to thank everyone for all the congratulation messages,” she penned. “We’ve decided to go within ourselves and go offline for this week.”

The youth worker confessed she and Darvid were “personally and mentally… disrupted by all the crap that came with finale week.”

Highlighting that she is not a “hostile person”, nor does she “have any hate in her heart”, Brooke said it meant a lot for her to be vulnerable on The Bachelorette.

“Not only that but for what it meant for the LGBTQIA+ and First Nations Community to have that display of representation,” she added.

We love to see you guys back!
