As if your Wednesday couldn’t get any more exciting, Abbie Chatfield has just hard launched her new romance with The Bachelorette Australia’s Konrad Bien-Stephens.
Taking to her Instagram account, the former Bachelor Australia star shared a photo dump of her new bae — and dayum, he looks good! And dayum, they look even better together!
Even though it was the worst kept secret in history — thanks to a few sneaky pash pics in Byron Bay — Abbie and Konrad’s relationship status now = OFFICIAL.

Abbie Soft-Launched Konrad on Instagram Only a Few Days Ago
After the Nation went bananas over the new coupling, Abbie took to her Insta stories on Sunday night revealing that her new boo had just taken a “Relationship Attachment Style” quiz.
“When he takes the quiz and is securely attached so now you’re guaranteed to be the toxic one in the relationship,” she joked.
Abbie then uploaded a video to her story where she joked, “There goes all my hopes of being the victim [in the relationship].”
“You wanted to be the victim?” a mystery man asked in the background. And yes, folks — that is the voice of our sweet prince, Konrad.
Adding that she doesn’t want to be “the toxic one”, Konrad asked: “Why does anyone have to be toxic?” BLESS!
Konrad Bien-Stephens Confirms His Relationship With Abbie Chatfield
While doing the media rounds after his eventual elimination from The Bachelorette Australia 2021, Konrad officially confirmed their romance.
“Obviously it has been a bit of time since production ended with Brooke,” Konrad told 10play. “We didn’t work out but I really like Abbie. She’s an awesome girl and I’m excited for what the future holds.”
The tradie then revealed how he met the fellow Bachie alum to Marie Claire, saying their meet-cute was “totally random”.
Apparently, he was out for lunch with a friend in Byron, who Abbie also happened to know!
“While we were having lunch [my friend] got a message from Abbie saying ‘I’m in Byron, let’s catch up for a drink!’ So My friend was like, ‘let’s go down and meet her,’” Konrad detailed.
“We just hit it off straight away,” he admitted.
Brooke Blurton’s Response to the Coupling
The infamous kissing video was released while fans across the country were watching Konrad’s “love story” with Brooke Blurton play out on screens. And while we totally ship the pairing now, Brooke on the other hand, was not happy.
As reported in episode 121 of the So Dramatic! podcast, host Megan Pustetto revealed the 2021 Bachelorette had some choice words to say — particularly because she and Abbie are friends!
“Brooke is really upset,” a close friend of the 25-year-old revealed. “She couldn’t believe what she was seeing. She had no idea they even knew each other!”
According to our source, Brooke is angry because she recently spoke about how spoilers were to blame for the show’s low ratings.
Ah well. All’s well that ends well!
