Married at First Sight Australia 2024’s Timothy Smith has announced an exciting new project upon his return to social media.
On August 26, the former groom told his Instagram followers he’d been “offline for a little while” because he “had a few things to sort out”.
He then dropped some exciting news about a new venture he’s got in the pipeline.
“I’m starting a podcast, which will be pretty cool,” he beamed in the video post.
“It’s not just going to be me. It’s a bit of a surprise who the other people are.” And we wonder who will join him!
The 51-year-old then thanked his fans for their kind messages during his hiatus.
“I appreciate everyone’s love out there. I want people to know that I read the messages. I can’t reply to everyone, but I appreciate it,” he said.
“Forgive me. It’s just something that I’ve had going on… Like I always say to people, it’s okay not to be okay, but try to make it a good day.”
It’s unclear why Timothy took a break from social media. However, given his fallout with TV wife-turned-bestie Lucinda Light and needing to readjust to his post-MAFS life, we’re not surprised he needed some time offline.
