Filming has just commenced for Married at First Sight Australia 2026, and fans have already called for one groom to be removed from the show after some disturbing claims surfaced.
A TikTok creator recently shared a video revealing one of the upcoming grooms. Shortly after, her comments section was full of horror stories from women who claimed to have dated him.
One user alleged that the groom-to-be “doesn’t know how to take no for an answer”. Another claimed his TV bride needed “saving”.
Many said he’s “toxic” and “manipulative”, whilst another user penned: “He harasses women”.
There were also allegations of unsolicited voice messages, creepy DMs, and persistent advances from women all across Australia.

Married at First Sight fans beg for the 2026 groom to be removed from the show
Several women took to the comments section of the creator’s videos, claiming they’d emailed Endemol Shine Australia, the production company behind MAFS, urging them to remove the groom from the show.
One commenter even alleged that producers have already spoken to some of the women who had negative experiences with the groom.
It comes after reports that Channel Nine has implemented stricter background checks and guidelines to avoid further police scandals.
