Married at First Sight Australia 2025‘s Tim Gromie attempted to couple swap with another bride during his time on the show.
Tim instantly rejected his beautiful bride, Katie Johnstone, because she wasn’t “petite, blonde or brunette”.
Despite fleeing home to Melbourne after his honeymoon, fans were shook when the groom showed up at the following Dinner Party.
As revealed in episode 459 of the So Dramatic! podcast, his motives for attending were absolutely bonkers.
“At the Dinner Party, Katie told the girls that he told her over lunch the only reason he attended was to see if there was a spark with another bride,” one source dished. WTAF?

The source added that Tim spent “most of the time” at the Dinner Party flirting with the bride he was interested in right in front of Katie.
“Katie nearly choked,” they recalled. “She was holding back tears. It was so wildly disrespectful to treat her how he did and then openly flirt with another bride in front of her face when she was at her lowest point.”
