The Block 2024 fans have called Mimi Belperio‘s attempts to make amends with Maddy and Charlotte Harry “damage control”, and they can see right through her!
Since entering the show midway through the season, Maddy and Charlotte have had a tough run, with fans calling out their co-stars for “bullying” and “excluding” them.
During the October 21 episode, the Blockheads were treated to a movie night where they watched footage of themselves from the season.
However, the sisters were shattered when they learnt their fellow Blockheads had been sh*t talking them behind their backs.
During the October 22 episode, Mimi, who was the culprit of a lot of the negativity, checked in on the girls, whilst her hubby Kristian Belperio invited them to dinner.
At the dinner table, Mimi told the sisters they could always reach out to her if they needed anything.
While it was a kind gesture, fans thought the restaurant manager was covering her back after watching her unfavourable edit.
Others thought Mimi might’ve actually felt bad for her actions. And we hope this is true!

Mimi wasn’t the only cast mate getting roasted on social media. The other Blockheads also copped a LOT of heat for extending their kindness only when it suited them.
Another user believed Channel Nine had something to do with this dramatic attitude shift toward the sisters to “avoid a potential lawsuit.”
And call it wishful thinking, but we hope they started being nice after they all realised how horrible they were acting!
