Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2024 fans reckon Farmer Bert made the right decision quitting the show, and we wish him and his pineapples all the best!
During the May 14 episode, the farmers went on their final dates with the ladies chosen for them by their families.
However, after ditching his date with Brooke, the pineapple farmer confessed to his girls that his heart was no longer in it, sending them all home.
“Coming into this experience, I was looking for someone to share my life with,” Bert sullenly told the cameras. “I think all the girls are wonderful. But … I don’t have what it takes to be in a relationship right now.”
Fans thought the 30-year-old made the right decision. And apparently, he’s now dating Lauren McNeil, who left the show earlier!
Fans also questioned whether Bert needed a “mental health check” after observing how “exhausted” he appeared all season.
However, sources told So Dramatic! that he’d left the show due to pressure from the producers, so we have a feeling he was just fine after the cameras stopped rolling!

Fans were also SHOOK to their core after Farmer Dustin sent home Belle, who came in as a ‘Mum’s choice’ intruder and was also chosen by his family and friends for solo dates.
People were proud of the farmer for following his heart rather than his head. And we gotta give it to him!
