Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Lyndall Grace isn’t letting a breakup stop her from finding love, with the bride returning to the dating app Hinge.
The fan-fav bride revealed on the So Dramatic! EXTRA podcast in March that she and partner Jordan Litchfield had split.
“It’s been hard,” she told host Megan Pustetto. “I’m devastated and absolutely heartbroken, but I still love him so much.”
She later set the record straight about her split on her Instagram Story, stating that she had received a multitude of “messages and comments about ‘the boy'”.
“To be clear, so I can stop replying to the concerned DMs: no, we aren’t together anymore. No, it wasn’t my decision.
“Yes, I’ve enacted no-contact. Yes, I’m heartbroken about it. Yes, I think it was the right decision. We are both good people who simply brought out the worst in each other,” she said.
Lyndall added that she has “absolutely no idea how to navigate any of this… let alone in such a public manner”.
“I really don’t like letting people see my pain or my sadness until I’ve processed it,” she continued.
“My life might look fun and wonderful, but I’m really spending most of it crying in my car, rocking up when needed, speaking to maybe two of my friends, my mum and my therapist and trying to get through such a sudden, high stakes loss without acting out.”

Lyndall was also among the MAFS 2023 brides targeted by co-star Harrison Boon, who labelled them “unmarriable” given they were still single even after gaining “international” fame on TV.
“All the unmarriable sh*t was entertaining for sure, but the spectacle that’s come off the back of something that has blown up my life and shattered my confidence is pretty bloody heavy,” she penned.
“Thank you for the love. Thank you for the support… It’s hard, it sucks, but it is what it is. We will get through it.”

In screenshots of Lyndall’s dating app profile obtained by So Dramatic!, the bride said her “love language” is “losing your sh*t at Ball Park Music shows”.
She also played two “truths and a lie” in one of the app prompts, allowing future matches to decipher where she’s lying about “hating chocolate”, being a former country singer or “having a Collingwood tattoo”.
Meanwhile, she listed “playing The Sims” as her “greatest strength” alongside a bunch of photos of her looking hot AF!
As for Lyndall’s unusual skills, the multi-talented babe lists “skating, sewing and sinking tins” as her jam!
