One of Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Jack Dunkley‘s exes revealed that he “treated her quite well” and this may be the most shocking news we’ve heard all season!
Before Jack was dating his “disgruntled” ex Courtney, he was seeing another woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, for around six months.
As revealed in episode 365 of the So Dramatic! podcast, despite his ex-fiancée Christie still living in his apartment, things went kinda swimmingly between them.

“It didn’t end badly with us,” the mystery ex told So Dramatic!. “He actually treated me quite well.
“I think he was a bit more into me than what I was with him. I knew our lives were completely different, as I had a one-year-old at the time, and he was very invested in his set routine.”

Unsurprisingly, Jack’s ex described the personal trainer as a tad controlling.
“He would ask to go through my phone and I let him because I had nothing to hide,” she said. “Sometimes, I noticed he’d talk in riddles to avoid the point of the conversation.” And it sounds like not much has changed!
However, the ex caught us off guard when she admitted there weren’t any “huge red flags“.
Jack’s ex then revealed the hilarious reason she ended the relationship.
“He wears a shower cap and an eye mask at night, and it really gave me the ick,” she dished. LOL!

Jack’s ex also revealed why she thought he took so long to get intimate with Tori Adams despite describing himself as a mix between Tarzan and Christian Grey.
“I don’t think he’s into her because he isn’t one to wait,” she said. “We slept together on our second date… He’s not bad in bed, but he talks it up a bit.” Savage!
“He also likes it when you wear makeup and do yourself up for him, and Tori is quite natural,” she added. And we love a superficial man. Not!
She then admitted that, like us, she wasn’t buying Tori and Jack’s relationship.
“It’s a strange set-up, that’s for sure,” she laughed, and yep, it totally is!

While producers have insisted that the 2024 cast has been portrayed accurately, Jack’s ex thinks there was a bit of exaggeration when it came to the groom.
“He wasn’t like that towards me, but I could see he had the tendencies to be that way,” she explained.
“Jack’s still saying those things, but edits make him look and seem worse than he is.” Interesting…
