The Channel 7 reality TV personality facing numerous rape and torture offences may have some charges dropped or downgraded.
The woman, who legally cannot be identified due to a non-publication order, was not present at Richlands Magistrates Court when her matter was heard on March 12.
Police had charged the woman and her partner — who also appeared on a high-profile Channel 7 series — with a string of offences in August 2023.

Her lawyer, Natasha Shortener, told the court she had received a hard drive from authorities on March 12 after requesting that the outstanding brief of evidence be provided.
However, she was unable to confirm whether the hard drive contained everything she’d requested, including text messages and other documents.
Several charges to be ‘substituted’ for lesser charges
Ms Shortener said she had been told by police that 13 of her client’s aggravated bodily harm charges were to be “substituted” for common assault charges,
Magistrate Aaron Simpson then recalled that the last time the matter was before the court, authorities said some charges would also be withdrawn.
However, the police prosecutor told the court that the process was still underway to finalise charges following further communication with the alleged victim.
“[The charges] haven’t been officially withdrawn, but [the alleged victim] made a subsequent statement which cancels a previous version,” he said.
Magistrate Simpson ordered a directions hearing be set for June 12.
The woman was initially charged in August last year with 37 offences, including multiple counts of rape and serious child abuse allegations.
She was charged with a further 38 offences on November 7.
