Australian Survivor 2022‘s Sophie Cachia and her AFLW-playing girlfriend Sophie Van De Heuvel have made a verrrry telling social media move amid rumours they’ve split.
ICYMI: So Dramatic! previously revealed the two Sophies were an item after they were spotted at a Sam Smith concert in January 2023.
Several other sightings all but confirmed their romance before Sophie C officially hard launched her relationship in a loved-up TikTok in November.

However, it seems things have since taken a turn after a change in the couple’s follower count on Instagram.
At the time of writing, neither Sophie is following the other on the popular app.
It also appears that a few snaps the couple had shared with each other have also been wiped from the ‘gram.
But wait — there’s more! The abovementioned TikTok that confirmed Sophie C and Sophie VDH’s under-wraps romance has also since disappeared.
The Australian Survivor star’s relationship with the footballer is her first known romance since her shock split from fiancée Maddie Garrick in late 2022.
