Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Duncan James and Evelyn Ellis are reportedly in the running to appear on The Block 2024.
The couple met in the marriage experiment after Evelyn arrived on the show as an intruder with Rupert Bugden.
She and Duncan (who was matched with Alyssa Barmonde on the show) have gone from strength to strength since the show wrapped and now, it appears they have their sights set on the next big opportunity!
As reported in episode 338 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one insider spilled the tea to host Megan Pustetto.
“I have it on good authority from someone who works at Channel Nine that Duncan and Evelyn have applied for the Block next year,” they said.
News of Duncan and Evelyn’s potential new reality stint comes after it was reported they’re on track to earn a whopping $1 million from partnerships.
According to Yahoo! Lifestyle, the pair have worked with several HUGE businesses over the past two months, including L’Oréal, Pretty Little Thing, Langham Sydney, Amazon and Muval.
However, in order to take home this small fortune, the pair must do one thing: stay together.
“Their appeal to high-end brands is them as a couple. If they split, their marketability will drop substantially and there’ll be less offers on the table. It’s harsh but true,” an insider explained.
And this intel isn’t doing those pesky showmance rumours any favours…
