The cast of Love Island Australia 2023 has dished on the behind-the-scenes dynamics in the villa and talk about throwing some SHADE!
Fans up to date with the fifth season of Love Island Australia will know that friendships and relationships are everchanging in their Mallorcan abode.
Now, in chats with Refinery29 on TikTok, fan faves Lucinda Strafford and Tyra Johannes have weighed in on the “cliques” among the Islanders.
According to Lucinda, her bae Zac Nunns and Trent Woolman are “the popular clique”, with Tyra agreeing that they are “the jocks”.
Lucinda, who originally appeared on Love Island UK in 2021, also thinks she and Savanah Badger are their own little duo.
Meanwhile, Tyra added: “Savanah would be like, head girl, top girl, like Regina George!
“Oh, but then so would Nakia [Pires],” she continued, and given Regina is the nasty Queen Bee from Mean Girls, we can’t help but sense a little roast behind that comment… Particularly after Nakia and Tyra’s beef over Kale Roberts!
Lucinda, 23, went on to gush about Tyra.
“Tyra was one of those girls… She’s so lovely and so easy to get along with,” she confessed. “She kinda just got along with everyone, you know?”
