The Bachelors Australia 2023 fans have made fun of Ben Waddell‘s inability to talk during his dates and somebody please get this man some conversation starters!
During the December 4 episode, the three Bachies, Ben, Luke Bateman and Wesley Senna Cortes, went on their first round of single dates.
And to say Ben fumbled on his romantic Yarra Valley date with Caitlin would be the understatement of the year. ‘Coz man could barely say a word!
Fans immediately took to Twitter to roast of the model, with one even comparing him to a pre-teen on an awkies date at Boost Juice. LOLLLLL!
Whilst Luke was less awkward than his fellow Bachie, fans couldn’t get over his repeated use of the word “Darl”, which people quite frankly HATED.
However, it’s unclear whether he was actually referring to Dahl (yum), which we wouldn’t have minded!
The Bachelor fans roast Luke’s notebook gift
During Luke’s Notebook-esque date with Ellie, he decided to actually give her a notebook so she could document their time as a couple. Aww!
Naturally, viewers thought this was a massive pisstake. And it will defo become a burn book after he falls in love with the other bajillion ladies in the mansion too.

Whilst fans were super confused about the underwater photoshoot group date, many agreed that it was hilarious AF.
But TBH, we’re glad it wasn’t us. If we spent HOURS on our hair and makeup, there’s not a chance you’d get us under the water. Sorry not sorry!
