Turns out Love Triangle Season Two’s Lili Berry also had a secret partner IRL while filming the dating experiment.
ICYMI: SO Dramatic! exclusively revealed Sam Fisher had a girlfriend, Hannah, while on the show, which was later exposed on-screen thanks to a very timely, very incriminating phone call.
As reported in episode 328 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Sam wasn’t alone in his outside-world philanderings.
While Lili was matched with Sulei Hunt on Love Triangle, we can confirm she had a love interest IRL who she had been seeing before filming.
She was also in contact with him during and after filming.
“Lili had been talking to a guy before the show,” a source revealed.
“When she went into the house, she instantly realised there was no romantic connection with her and Sulei. So, she decided to reconnect with her old flame.”
Interesting, considering she opted to stay allll the way to the finale, hm?
The insider added: “She was messaging during the experiment then continued dating him after the show.
“However, it wasn’t really a big secret. She was open and honest about it.”
Well, that’s where she differs from Sam, who repeatedly lied to producers and his matches about his secret girlfriend.
