The Masked Singer Australia 2023 winner has been unmasked as none other than X Factor Australia 2013 victor, Dami Im, AKA Snow Fox.

After weeks of cryptic clues and jaw-dropping performances, Bouncer, Snow Fox and Grim Reaper battled it out for The Masked Singer title.

However, there could only be one winner, with the judging panel voting to crown Snow Fox as this year’s champion.

Following her unmasking, Dami said “it feels amazing to be out [of the mask]”, before revealing a little-known fact.

“Also, it’s kind of really great because I actually won X Factor here on this same stage 10 years ago,” she confessed. “Exactly 10 years ago. I’m back here winning this.”

While fans were thrilled to find out who was under the Snow Fox mask, Dami’s win also meant the two runner-ups were unveiled too.

Who was under the Bouncer and Grim Reaper masks on The Masked Singer Australia 2023?

To absolutely no one’s surprise, Aussie singer Conrad Sewell was revealed to be the voice behind Bouncer.

“Hughsey’s my man! He knows me,” Conrad joked, given judge Dave “Hughesy” Hughes was the only one to make the correct guess.

When asked why he wanted to appear on The Masked Singer, the 35-year-old said her “care[s] so much about performing”.

“I love performing so much, but it’s a lot of pressure,” he admitted.

“I just thought it would be a cool thing to experience not going out there and not everyone knowing it was me for a second.”

Meanwhile, Savage Garden frontman Darren Hayes was unmasked as Grim Reaper.

“I cried the first time you cried,” he told judge Abbie Chatfield, who became emotional at Grim Reaper’s first-ever performance.

“I was inside that mask on episode one and I started crying, and then every time you cried, then I had to try and sing.”

He concluded: “I never thought I would do this show. I’m so glad that I did this show. Really, it’s been like a warm hug, and I really needed that. I’ve had a tough year, and it’s been a really, really beautiful warm hug.”
