Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Jackson Lonie has been owned after trying to boycott a small business for messing up his pizza order.

In a Story, the 32-year-old explained that he’d ordered two large pizzas and two sides for his family as there was a promo that allowed him to cop the feast for $56. Which is a steal if you ask us!

However, he then revealed that he was horrified when he received two small pizzas, before urging his fans to steer clear of the Italian joint. But he realises he’s giving them GREAT publicity, right?

Artie’s Woodfire Pizza SLAMS MAFS‘ Jackson Lonie for failing to read the promo correctly

On October 1, the restaurant uploaded a video to TikTok exposing the former groom for attempting to boycott their business and they came with receipts.

The clip showed Jackson’s receipt, revealing that he’d purchased two nine-inch pizzas despite his claims that he’d ordered two 12-inch pizzas.

The restaurant then explained that the deals Jackson was referencing were only available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m.

However, the MAFS star placed his order on September 30, which was a Saturday.

He also didn’t notice that there were different sizes for him to choose from. So not only did he mess up the days but he also added the wrong-sized pizza to his cart!

“Now, he’s started posting on his social media to boycott our small business when he’s the one that cannot read,” they finished their video. SAVAGE!

And we’re officially Artie’s Woodfire Pizza stans!

Not long after, the restaurant reposted a clip of Jackson, where he stated that the people attacking him didn’t have any “context”.

“I didn’t read the [promo] properly. But I clicked a link and it gave me the deal that was meant to be there,” he justified.

However, the restaurant then proved that Jackson was lying when they inserted a video of their online ordering system.

“When the deals aren’t available, there are no deal options for anyone to choose from,” they explained.

“People are only allowed to choose the pizzas [and sizes] organically from our menu section. Before making the payment, we also have a confirmation page so customers can check over everything,” they continued.

They then included a screenshot of their messages with Jackson, where he’d told them they “shouldn’t have a link that takes you to the wrong [page]”, even though that wasn’t the case.

He then said he wouldn’t delete his Story attacking the business because they were “in the wrong” and “didn’t try to fix the issue”.

However, the restaurant then explained to him that there were no deals for him to choose from on a Saturday as that’s not how their system works.

Artie’s Woodfire Pizza: 1, Jackson: 0.
