Married at First Sight Australia 2019‘s Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson have taken to Instagram to celebrate their five-year anniversary and they’re just too cute.
The couple, who now share a son, Oliver, are living proof that people CAN find true love on reality TV.
On September 20, Cam shared some adorable snaps of his TV wedding to celebrate his gorgeous relationship.
“I want a person who comes into my life by accident, but stays on purpose,” he wrote in the captions.
“Cannot believe it’s been five years since I met my best friend for the first time in @julesrobinson82 and got married sight unseen.”
He continued: “Still feel it was one of the best days I’ve ever experienced… & never would you think that in some of these photos we’ve only known each other for a matter of hours.”
The 39-year-old said there was “definitely Vibe At First Sight” when the pair met, calling their connection “special, kind, supportive and warm”.
“It’s incredible to think of what you can create when you throw yourself all in,” he continued.
“These five years have been special and I can’t wait to share so many more with you. Happy Love Day my everything,” Cam finished. And we’re officially in tears.
MAFS’ Jules Robinson shares heartfelt Instagram post for her five-year anniversary
Jules, 41, also uploaded a heartfelt post celebrating her anniversary.
“Five years ago today I met my husband and we really did commit to all the words we shared that day,” she captioned a series of adorable pics from her MAFS wedding.
“I’d choose you in a thousand lifetimes, in any version of reality, I’d find you and I’d choose you… What an adventure we have been on together… I love you… Thank you to MAFS for helping me find you this time.”
Several of the couple’s friends and co-stars flooded their comments sections with kind words.
“You guys are beating the statistics of reality TV. Congratulations to both of you,” Love Island’s Josh Moss wrote, whilst MAFS‘ Nic Jovanovic penned: “You cuties”.
Meanwhile, MAFS UK ‘s Tayah Victoria commented “Beautiful couple”, and 2022 UK star Sophie Brown added: “I’ve NEVER seen love at first sight like you two locking eyes, what a moment it was!”
