The Voice Australia coach Jessica Mauboy has exposed the “diva behaviour” that went down behind the scenes on the latest season of the singing show.
During her appearance on The Morning Show on August 16, the Aussie singer spilled the tea on her fellow coaches Jason Derulo, Guy Sebastian and Rita Ora.
Host Larry Edmur jokingly asked the musician whether the experts all “hated” each other.
“When you get to the car park after the show, are you slashing Derulo’s tyres?” he joked.
However, according to the 34-year-old, there was “none of that”.
“It’s probably the happiest behind-the-scenes ever,” the Australian Idol breakout star confessed.
However, after being egged on by Larry, Jessica admitted that there were “moments” when the coaches needed some alone time.
“Look, exhaustion sometimes comes over. The major emotions that we gain from the artists, we do take that on board,” she said, which resulted in them stepping away for a minute.
“That’s probably the only diva behaviour you ever see. But otherwise, we’re just chillin’, sharing music and telling life stories,” she smiled.
