Married at First Sight Australia 2023’s Harrison Boon has accused his wife Bronte Schofield of renting an Airbnb in Perth for Home Stays week to keep up appearances.
It’s just the latest in a long list of wild tales the tradie has come up with and we honestly think he’s just throwing sh*t at the wall to see what sticks.
This particular claim hasn’t aired on MAFS yet, but it was revealed in episode 270 of the So Dramatic! Podcast that the father-of-one made the remark at the upcoming Reunion.
An insider said Harrison claimed Bronte rented a fake Airbnb apartment to make it look like she lives somewhere nicer as she lives in a “shitty studio apartment”.
However, sources close to Bronte have confirmed to So Dramatic! that it was her actual apartment.
So we took it upon ourselves to don our detective hats and deep dive into the whereabouts of Bronte’s humble abode to put this to bed once and for all…
A closer look at where Bronte Schofield and Harrison Boon spent their Perth Home Stay
Footage from recent episodes of MAFS, in which Bronte’s TV husband visited her hometown of Perth, shows a very distinct green facade outside Bronte’s apartment.
And turns out, that building just so happens to feature in several of Bronte’s Instagram photos posted all the way back in May 2021 and November 2022, respectively.
So let’s give Harrison the benefit of the doubt, even though there’s literally no reason we should trust anything he says. If Bronte did rent the apartment on Airbnb, these photos serve as some pretty compelling evidence that she at the very least has stayed there three times before.
It doesn’t smell like an elaborate set-up either because the first photo was posted nearly two years before Bronte went on MAFS. We guess that’s case closed!
