Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Olivia Frazer has confessed she owes her life to her co-stars ahead of her 30th birthday.
The 29-year-old hasn’t shied away from sharing the effect her villain edit and subsequent trolling had on her mental health following her experience in the marriage experiment.
Now, she’s expressed she wouldn’t have survived if it weren’t for the help of her fellow alums.

Taking to Instagram on March 17 to dish she’s planning a 30th birthday bash, Olivia honed in on one fan who suggested she not invite any of her co-stars to the celebrations.
“I don’t know if this was meant to be mean or not, but it’s rubbed me the wrong way,” she said in response to the follower.
“Firstly, I will invite whoever I want. Secondly, MAFS people… So, people on my season, people on previous seasons, have been like, my life savers.”

Olivia Frazer reveals Married at First Sight co-stars were there for her during her lowest point
Olivia, who copped criticism en masse for her role in MAFS‘ first OnlyFans scandal, continued by adding that her fellow participants are her “ride or dies”.
“They’ve been amazing human beings to me. So, yes, I will invite them to my party,” she noted.
“Some of them I wouldn’t have made it to 30 without them, because last year I wanted to f*cking kill myself. And these people were legit on the phone to me all day, every day.”

The admission comes after Olivia appeared on the Where’s Your Head At? podcast in 2022, in which she confessed to feeling “really, really depressed”.
“I’ve never had depression like this. I’ve honestly never been this close to, sorry to get a bit graphic, really thinking about taking my own life,” she said at the time.
She later revealed in September that she felt her anxiety was “getting worse” and, as such, “had [her] Lexapro upped”.
