The Challenge Australia 2022 star Konrad Bien-Stephen has set the record straight on his romance with Megan Marx following their hook-up on the set of the reality series.
Following the pair being sprung getting cosy in the spa, Konrad has now revealed that the tryst was simply a one-off.
“Megan’s a great girl and she’s very open and she’s very intelligent,” the Bachelorette star told Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.
“It was just nice to have someone inside to be intimate with or to have that understanding that it doesn’t mean that you have to date or have to be anything serious.”
Konrad then reaffirmed that their hookup was nothing too serious, saying, “It’s just too adults having fun.”
“That’s what it is, and it doesn’t need to be more than that,” he said. “We’re still friends, we still talk and we both understood it wasn’t going to be any more than that.”
He concluded: “It is what it is.”

As previously reported, the two Bachelor franchise favourites caused quite a stir when news of their hookup hit headlines.
At the time, Konrad’s split from Abbie Chatfield was yet to be made public and Megan was still believed to be in a relationship with her boyfriend Keith Newman.
Konrad has since sparked rumours he’s now dating indie pop singer Thelma Plum after they were spotted at an event on December 10.
Meanwhile, Megan has since reunited with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Keith.
