The Challenge Australia 2022 star Ciarran Stott has opened up about his plans to start a family with his girlfriend, Ruby Burciaga.
The reality show love rat shocked viewers on the December 5 episode, when he revealed he hopes to start a family with Ruby in the not-so-distant future.
Yep – despite being sprung cheating on his girlfriend with co-star Audrey Kanongora on national tele!
The former Bachelor In Paradise star announced his plans to move to Bali with his bae so the pair could have a baby of their own.
“I really want to be in the final for this game,” he said.
“When I win The Challenge and get all my money I’m going to move me and my girlfriend to Bali – we want to have a baby next year, so $200,000 would be great and I could bring a child into this world, no qualms.”
Ciarran’s plans to start a family are truly shocking to us considering he is literally a man-baby and seems like he can barely look after himself but go off!

Then, literally, immediately after this bombshell revelation, the Brit was faced with dealing with the consequences of his own actions – AKA his on-screen rendezvous – when Ruby called to reveal that someone texted her about his flirty behaviour on the show.
“I’m so sorry. I wanted to be the first one to tell you,” Ciarran said in the heavy convo.
“I’ve been messaging you about getting married and, like, wedding dresses, and now I feel like an idiot,” Ruby replied, and tbh, we really feel for the poor girl.
Her cheating bae then desperately tried to claw back the tattered remains of his relationship, insisting he wanted to “fix this” if she could just give him another chance, and it seemed to work as Ruby signed off by saying she loved him so… good for them I guess??
Ciarran Stott Previously Said He Didn’t Want Kids
The revelation that love rat Ciarran is keen to be a dad is in stark contrast to his previous comments on where he stands on having children.
“For me, having kids isn’t on the cards,” he told Now To Love in 2019.
“I’m the oldest – I had to help raise my younger siblings, change nappies, look after them until I was 18, so I feel like I’ve done the parent thing.”
We guess things can change in three years!
Ciarran Stott’s Girlfriend Ruby Burciaga Responds To Cheating Scandal
As reported in episode 230 of the So Dramatic! podcast, a friend of Ruby’s has revealed what happened between the pair once The Bachelorette star returned from Argentina.
“She was dreading for the episode to air,” the So Dramatic! insider revealed. “They have worked through the cheating and are still together.”
According to our source, “Ciarran told her he f*cked up and owned it straight away, which helped”.
“She decided not to leave him. It’s super odd.”
On November 14, Ruby posted a preview for The Challenge and wrote: “You’re sleeping on the couch, tonight boy.”
