Seven Network has joined forces with NBCUniversal to launch Australia’s new home of all things reality TV, a free-to-air channel called 7Bravo.

‘Fess up: it’s super tiring flicking between channels and streaming services when you have (more than) a few different shows on your watchlist at once.

Now, Seven has heard our prayers and will be dropping the “ultimate entertainment destination”, complete with the best reality and true crime content, on January 15, 2023.

7Bravo will be live and totally FREE, which is a bonus for reality TV die-hards on a tight budget.

It’s also the first Australian broadcast home for content produced by Peacock, NBCUniversal’s in-house streaming service.

So, what sort of shows can we expect to hit the small screen as part of 7Bravo’s 2023 rollout?

Below Deck Down Under and Below Deck Adventure will feature on the new channel, as well as a couple of Real Housewives iterations: The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip and The Real Housewives of Dubai.

We’ll also cop access to Love Without Borders, Southern Hospitality and Real Girlfriends in Paris — which we can only hope is as JUICY as it sounds!

There’s also a sh*t-ton of eerie series from the US’ top crime destination, Oxygen True Crime, debuting on 7Bravo.

These include Snapped, 911 Crisis Center, Buried in the Backyard, Exhumed, Black Widow Murders, Accident, Suicide or Murder and The First Mindhunter.

Seven’s New Channel 7Bravo Will Be Home to a Bunch of Famous Talk Shows

Alongside true crime and reality content (A.K.A the crème de la crème of telly), 7Bravo will also introduce a bunch of famous talk shows to Australia’s free-to-air landscape.

This includes The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Kelly Clarkson Show, plus Judge Jerry, a Judge Judy-style series starring Jerry Springer.

Chief Content Officer Angus Ross boasted about Seven’s acquisition of NBCUniversal’s “remarkable content”, confessing in a statement that the new agreement means viewers will be privy to “a whole new world of must-watch series and movies”.

“Australians already love NBCUniversal’s great content, and we know they are going to love watching it across the screens of Seven.”
