There’s yet another new dating show casting right now, and they’re exclusively looking for single parents with adult children.

Back in the Game is seeking two very particular groups –  single parents with a child over the age of 18 and/or somebody over the age of 18 with a single parent.

No matter who applies, both parties must be keen to air their dirty laundry on national TV.

The casting page has a long list of questions to answer – including a page for the parent, one for the child and another for both.

Parents are asked questions like “how long have you been single”, “what obstacles are you currently facing in the dating world” and “what has held you back from meeting someone new? Including fear of being hurt, work, and finding the time, among others.

Meanwhile, their children have to specify their parent’s “dating style”, “what they need the most help with when it comes to dating and relationships”, and ” big no no’s in a potential partner for your parent”.

Not sure if we want to know all that info about one of our parents, but okay…

There’s also another page that requests more background on the relationship between the parent and child, so get bonding!

There are TWO Shows About Single Parents Finding Love on the Horizon

Back in the Game isn’t even the only show currently casting for single parents RN.

Grown Up Love is yet another reality show seeking “single parents aged 40 to 60, with 18+ kids”.

Just like Back in the Game, the casting call for Grown Up Love offers the chance for the parent or the adult child to apply.

As reported in episode 180 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one spy revealed further information about the all-new series.

“Hey team, I got emailed by ITV asking if I wanted to apply for their new show,” they said along with an attachment of the message.

“Your parent will be sent on beautiful retreat with other like-minded single mum and dads,” it read.

Meanwhile, the children will be tasked with “creating social media content and video diaries about what it’s like wanting your parent to find love”. Interesting…

Sounds like 2023 will be the year of MILFs and DILFs on television!
