An ambulance was reportedly called to the set of Beauty and the Geek Australia 2022 on the final day of filming.
The opposites-attract series is known for being wholesome AF; however, Beauty Aimee Woolley has dropped some hot tea about how the 2022 season came to a dramatic close.
Chatting exclusively to So Dramatic! host Megan Pustetto, the 23-year-old claimed a crew member was escorted off-set by “ambos”.
According to Aimee, a producer — who she dubbed the “director” — went into cardiac arrest.
“The main guy that tells everyone what to do, his status was ‘director’… basically, he went [into] cardiac arrest on the last day,” she said in episode 212 of the So Dramatic! podcast.
Adding that he “got taken out by a few guys”, the Beauty admitted she didn’t see it all unfold.
“Everyone was locked up in a room… but he was just getting wheeled out by ambos,” Aimee continued.
“He didn’t come back to set because it was the last day, but I’m sure he’s alright.”
So Dramatic! has reached out to Channel Nine for comment on the allegations.
Aimee Woolley Reveals Another Downside of Beauty and the Geek 2022
During the episode, Aimee also recalled the first day of filming Beauty and the Geek, during which the contestants met out in the bush.
While the day was riddled with excitement, the novelty quickly wore off after reshooting the Beauties’ entrance “multiple times”.
“I think the first thing we’d done, like walking in the bush, that was [filmed] like a good nine times,” Aimee revealed, adding that the cast “got treated like pack animals”.
“Walking all the way in the bush, we bloody didn’t even get toilet breaks. So we basically just peed in the bush,” she said.
Aimee continued: “It was not fun on the first day, and then everyone voiced their opinions on it.
“So something did get sorted, but yeah, that was not a good day.”
