Serial world traveller Georgia Love has uncovered the ultimate sleeping hack while travelling in economy.
The former Bachelorette, who knows a thing or two about sleep with her sleepwear line Georgia Elliott Sleepwear, shared how she gets some good shuteye while on a plane.
The reality star shared a video on her Instagram on August 25, revealing her must-have essentials for a long-haul flight. A sleep mask and the plane headrest.
While most people travel with the fashion accessory in their carry-on, the actual hack was adjusting the sides of the headrest to prevent you from getting the “noddies”. Mindblown!
If you already knew this, you are in a small percentile of people who knows how to get a good rest; but for those who didn’t — welcome to the club!
“That little gadget is the sole thing that makes long haul economy flights bearable,” one Insta fan wrote. While another said: “Yes, then you can just drool on yourself when you sleep, not the person next to you 😆” HA!

Someone else added that buying an inflatable foot stool “so you can put your feet up” was a great idea, while another changed our lives with one sentence!
“Underneath the side hand rests there’s also a button next to the anchor point, that you can press, widening your seat..,” they wrote and WTAF!
