The Bachelor Australia‘s Tim Robards has revealed that his daughter, Elle, was recently admitted to hospital.

Taking to Instagram, Tim told his followers that the one-year-old, who he shares with his wife and Bachelor final pick Anna Heinrich, was taken to hospital on July 19 after injuring her wrist.

Alongside a photo of himself with Elle in the X-Ray room, the 39-year-old said “seeing your child in pain” is one of the “hardest parts of parenthood”.

“Poor little thing hurt her wrist at some stage, and although she’s pretty tough the pain was getting too much,” he wrote.

The Bachelor Australia‘s inaugural lead added that he “donned the lead skirt to protect his next potential child” so he could be with Elle while her scans were taking place.

“We got a little X-Ray which seemed all good,” he continued. “Hoping it’s just a sprain.”

Adding that his daughter is “such a trooper” despite the pain, she was “quick to put [Tim] at ease” by confessing that she’s “happy”.

The Neighbours star concluded: “Hats off to those parents who have to deal with bigger things than a potential sprained wrist.”

Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich Have Previously Spoken About the Highs and Lows of Parenthood

Tim and Anna’s romance cam to fruition after meeting on The Bachelor in 2013, before tying the knot in Italy five years later.

They then welcomed Elle in November 2020, and if a recent Stellar interview is anything to go by, another bub (or two!) could be on their way later this year.

Chatting to the magazine, Anna said the couple is hoping to fall pregnant this year. However, they may have the pleasant surprise of welcoming twins as the gene runs in Anna’s family.

“My grandma was a twin, and this is something I’ve never spoken about, but I was a twin,” she revealed, before adding that her twin sadly died in the womb.
