Love Island Australia 2021‘s Emily Ward has revealed that she is bisexual alongside a series of bomb AF photos on Instagram.
The 24-year-old took to the photo-sharing app on June 30 — the last day of Pride Month — to make the announcement.
According to Emily, the revelation has been a long time coming, however, she didn’t “know how to go about sharing it with the rest of the world”.
“I told my friends that if I hadn’t come out by this pride month, I wasn’t sure if I ever would,” she penned. “And, being the procrastinator that I am, I waited until the absolute last day to post this.”
The bombshell — who has recently been embroiled in some post-Love Island drama —said she was worried about “putting [her sexuality] in people’s faces”.
“But this is about me, it’s motherf**king pride month, and I want to finally be proud of who I am.”

The Love Island star told her 77,900 followers that she’s “blessed” to have built an online audience that supports everything she does.
“So it only feels right to let you guys in on this part of my life as well,” she confessed. “It’s actually been really hard to contain this for quite some time!”
However, she was cautious not to let the news “slip” on TikTok and “let it get passed around through whispers”.
As such, she wanted to “declare it for [herself]”.
“And that is: that I am a bisexual woman and I’m no longer afraid who knows it. It’s never too late or too early to show how proud of your identity you are.” Here, here!
