Radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands and his fiancee Tegan Kynaston have moved into a new family rental home in Sydney’s affluent Bellevue Hill.
The home was sold last year to an investor for a whopping $13.8 million with Kyle and Tegan set to pay $416,000 each year in rent. It’s a bargain, really!
While Bellevue Hill is certainly a posh neighbourhood, Kyle is spending well over the suburb average – a four-bedroom house in the area has a median rent of $2,150 per week, according to realestate.com.au.
Of course, the sale price of the property was also more than double the suburb average too. Oh, to be rich!
But what do you actually get when you fork out the big bucks? In Kyle’s case, his new five-bedroom and six-bathroom abode is said to offer a blend of “luxury with Tuscan classicism”. Whatever that means.
The home also boasts a marble kitchen, smart home system, an indoor pool and of course, stunning Sydney Harbour views.
The couple made the move ahead of the expected arrival of their baby boy, Otto. We’re sure the kid will appreciate the home’s built-in specialised wine cellar.
