As if two leads weren’t enough, Melbourne-born musician Jedidiah “Jed” McIntosh is the THIRD leading man searching for love on The Bachelors Australia 2023.
As reported in episode 183 of the So Dramatic! podcast, bosses over at Warner Bros. and Ten revamped the franchise with some spicy additions. This includes multiple Bachie babes, some saucy Fantasy Suites and a f*ck-ton of drama.
The 25-year-old drummer hopes to find The One alongside his co-Bachelors: Felix Von Hofe and Thomas Malucelli.
As per Big Sound Percussion, Jed’s passion for drumming kickstarted at 4-years-old before he began playing professionally at 13.
Heading on tour at just 16, the drummer soon wound up in LA working with several well-known artists.
His percussionist credits include gigs alongside Kylie Minogue, Pharrell Williams, T-Pain and Sean Paul.
Jed is currently one-third of Melbourne-based band Mood Monroe, alongside his brother Jackson, and mate Bailey Simpson.
However, Jed (A.K.A the youngest Bachelor of all time) previously confessed his career has been an obstacle in relationships, with his popularity with the ladiez a cause for insecurities in his past girlfriends.
In a press statement for The Bachelors 2023, he said: “Sometimes the reason people fall in love with you in the first place ends up being the very reason they don’t like you.”

Jed McIntosh was called out for disturbing comments following The Bachelors announcement
Just one day after Channel Ten officially announced Jed as part of The Bachelors Australia 2023 lineup, disturbing comments made by the musician were soon unearthed.
As reported by So Dramatic!, one user posted a series of comments from 2011 in which Jed made jokes about sexual assault on Facebook.
He soon addressed the posts, saying he didn’t “have any recollection of making them”.
“Anyone who knows me knows this is not who I am,” he told The Daily Telegraph at the time.
“As a kid, we say things not understanding the gravity of the language used, but I can adamantly say as an adult I do not agree with the use of language and sentiment of the posts.
“I have the utmost respect for women, am a strong advocate for assault victims and would never want to cause any harm or hurt to anyone.”
The newly-minted reality star has since been the victim of a studio fire, in which he lost thousands of dollars worth of musical instruments and equipment.
