If you were a teenage girl in 2013 and claim that Big Brother‘s Anthony Drew a.k.a Drew wasn’t your TV crush, you’re lying.
Heck, back in the day, the beloved housemate had a legion of thirsty fans, countless dedicated Tumblr fan pages (this was the early 2010s, after all) and was arguably one of the nation’s most sought-after male reality stars.
Well, tongues are set to be wagging once again because the 33-year-old — best known just as Drew — is returning to our TV screens this year for Big Brother: Back to the Future.
If his 2013 stint on the show is anything to go by, Drew will likely be the focal point of puh-lenty of drama during the competition, especially given that his very former-flame Tully Smyth is a fellow returnee.
Tully and Drew’s on-screen romance raised a few eyebrows since the former actually had a girlfriend outside of the competition.
Unlike his BB ex-girlfriend, in the almost 10 years since first appearing on the show, Drew has been keeping a relatively low profile.
He is currently the General Manager of shakka-slinging hospo venue Good Company Bar Group, which is “bringing vibes to the Karrinyup area”.
By the standards of most former reality stars, Drew is actually low-key inactive on Instagram. Despite boasting a mammoth 87.4k followers, his feed consists mostly of travel snaps and selfies, as opposed to #sponcon.
What Can We Expect From Anthony Drew On Big Brother: Back to the Future?
Given that it has been almost 10 years since their Big Brother fling, surely Drew and Tully can keep their hands to themselves as they return for the upcoming season, right?
Welp, one insider has dished to So Dramatic! that it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing when the former flames reunited in the house.
Revealing that Drew enters the house before his ex, the source said he “hooks up” with “one of the new random contestants”.
“Drew has already found himself a girlfriend in week one.”
This love triangle reportedly evolves into Tully exhibiting serious “high school bully” behaviour and Drew getting stuck in the middle of the whole shamozzle.
