The Below Deck charters are known for hosting some pretty rowdy guests and as it turns out, one Bachelorette star caused some chaos while aboard Below Deck Down Under‘s Thalassa.

As previously reported by So Dramatic!, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise star Jimmy Threthewie was a charter guest with the Boss Hunting publication during the filming of the new spin-off.

“They were approached by producers because they were scrambling for guests,” one source dished in episode 81 of the So Dramatic! podcast. “The Boss Hunting crew agreed and took a few friends along with them!”

Now, beloved Chief Stew Aesha Scott has dished that old mate Jimmy caused quite the ruckus on the high seas!

“He was so funny,” Aesha recalled in a chat with the So Dramatic! podcast‘s Megan Pustetto. “They made him do a shot and then he ended up vomiting He was like, ‘I can’t handle this alcohol’, and they made him do it anyway, and he had to run off and spew overboard.

“It was so funny, he looked like he was dying.” LOL!

Jimmy was joined by a number of mates on the trip of a lifetime, including Getaway‘s Shaun Birely.

What Did Jimmy Threthewie Get Up to During His Below Deck Down Under Trip?

Jimmy and the lads trekked through Queensland’s Whitsunday Islands during their stay on the Thalassa.

Taking to social media at the time, the 36-year-old shared a number of snaps and videos from the trip, including stunning shots of their view from the superyacht’s back deck.

The snaps made it look like the perfect vacation, with the content including delicious seafood meals and a luxurious living room onboard the yacht.

What Does It Take to Be a Charter Guest?

In episode 73 of the So Dramatic! podcast, we revealed an email from producers, outlining the requirements of being a guest.

The group will have “exclusive use of the superyacht at a highly discounted rate”.  Intrigued?  We sure are!

“The discounted rates for the superyachts would be: three-day charter is $52,000 (AUD), a four-day charter is $59,000, plus a tip, which is a minimum of $19,500.”

“We understand times are hard, so the network are happy to consider the offer of just the tip.” WTF?!

Another source confirmed this, saying they split the tip at the end of the charter.

“They would fly us up to [Queensland] and we just had to share the $20,000 tip between eight of us.

“Just” share a $20K tip between them?  We can barely afford to share an Uber home!
