Married at First Sight Australia 2022 groom Jackson Lonie‘s sister has taken to Facebook to ask that fans stop trolling his bride, Olivia Frazer

The 27-year-old has been at the centre of a number of scandals during the ninth season of Married at First Sight, including an infamous nude photo incident that is currently being investigated by authorities.

However, despite her questionable actions, some viewers have gone too far in their criticisms of Olivia.

Now, Jackson’s sister Maddi has left a lengthy comment underneath an official MAFS Facebook post with the request that fans tone it TF down.

**Content Warning: The following mentions suicide and may be distressing to some readers.

After introducing herself as “Jackson’s closest sister”, Maddi said she’d “like to ask that the abuse that Olivia is copping to stop” [sic].”

“To those keyboard warriors who think it’s okay to tell someone to ‘kill themselves’ or that ‘they should have died with their dad’ I ask you to take a long hard look at yourselves in the mirror,” she wrote. “NO ONE deserves to be spoken to like that.

“It’s interesting that you are all angry at Olivia at the first place for “bullying” [Dom] yet what your doing to not only her but her family friends and Jackson’s family and friends is SOO much worse. [sic].”

Jackson’s Sister Admits That Married at First Sight‘s Olivia’s Behaviour Is “Questionable”

Maddi also said she doesn’t “condone bullying in any shape or form”, including “what Olivia did”.

“I agree that she has said and done some questionable shit but I also know it’s a TV show and things would have been taken out of context/blown way out of proportion/ exaggerated,” she continued.

Adding that she “personally” would have accepted Domenica’s apology and “moved on”, Jackson’s sister acknowledged that’s not Olivia’s style.

“Olivia is different and holds grudges — that’s her issue not yours,” she penned. “I’m sure you’ve all done or said things in the moment that you’re not proud of?”

Maddi then said that her brother’s “safety and happiness” will continue to be her number one priority, and she will judge Olivia based on her personal interactions with the TV bride.

“So far I like her, she seems to care for my brother and treat him well and until the day that [Jackson] tells me otherwise or I see otherwise towards someone in my family or myself I will stay out of his relationship.

“So please stop messaging me your two cents on how I should control my brother. But I do thank you for your concern, Jack isn’t silly and he trusts my opinion as I do his.”

Maddi Hopes MAFS Is a “Wake Up Call” for Olivia

Before concluding her bid to MAFS viewers, Maddi expressed that she hopes the series is a “wake up call” for Olivia.

“I hope… she learns to move on from things and not hold grudges,” she said. “I don’t think it is healthy for her or her relationships but I don’t believe she should be abused, scared to leave her house and stalked.”

“So please — pull your heads in and think of the consequences of what you blindly post could have on someone.

“Be kind to one another, you don’t know what the other person is going through.”
