Married at First Sight Australia 2022 bride Selin Mengu has had a birthday to remember for all the wrong reasons after her limo literally burst into flames on Saturday.
The pot-stirring villain and her besties were en route to a Sydney strip club in a stretch Hummer limo from Prestige Hire when the vehicle caught on fire mid-celebrations.
Comedian and TikToker Christine Abadir — one of Selin’s mates — documented the shocking turn of events on Instagram. And it was chaotic AF!

Selin cracked open a bottle of *cheap* sparkling in the fancy party on wheels. Then all of a sudden, the Hummer, believed to be worth upwards of $220,000, was seen on the side of the highway literally going up in flames — in even more dramatic fashion than Selin’s marriage to Anthony Cincotta!
What Happened When the Hummer Caught On Fire?
Christine recorded a selfie video from the side of a highway where the women were congregating.
“Guys, our Hummer’s on fire. I’m not joking,” Christine laughed.
Smoke could be seen rising from the top of the vehicle whilst the driver confirmed the fire brigade were on their way.
“This girl is on fireeeee,” confirmed Christine.
A group of firefighters then showed up, to which Christine said: “This [was] better than the strip club”.
“Guys, the police officers are hot. Maybe they can be the strippers.”
We’re glad she could make light of the situation (pun intended)!
The squad then boarded the firetruck and were driven to the strip club where they saw even more hot men in uniform.
It’s still unclear what exactly led to Selin’s flaming stretch Hummer, but thankfully, no one was hurt.
