Married at First Sight Australia 2022 intruder Carolina Santos has made it clear she “is not attracted” to her TV hubby Dion Giannarelli – we have a hunch that could be because he looks exactly like her ex-boyfriend!
As revealed by Megan Pustetto in episode 157 of the So Dramatic! podcast, we have done some Instagram stalking and hidden amongst Carolina’s Story highlights, we spied a young lad who looked suspiciously similar to her on-screen beau.
It turns out, the blonde-haired Dion doppelganger is actually the 33-year-old’s ex-boyfriend!
The men share the same height, the same wardrobe and hell, even the same face!
We can’t help but wonder if the reason Carolina wasn’t “physically attracted” to Dion is because he is a literal carbon copy of the man who broke her heart? (Not that this excuses the cheating, but we digress).
Who Is Carolina Santos’ Ex Boyfriend?
As reported in episode 157 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Carolina met the mystery man in question when she was in London.
The pair then moved to Australia together with the brides’ son and appear to have travelled extensively during their relationship.
Her ex is featured on Carolina’s Instagram highlight reels where she shows off all of the swanky vacations she has taken. In one pic, the former flames pose together in Mexico and in another, in Canada.
The former couple were together long-term until she found out that he was cheating on her – WTF!
Carolina went through his credit card details and found out that he was regularly going to a mature-age brothel.
The exes are still in contact and the Dion lookalike actually still looks after Carolina’s son part-time.
