Married at First Sight Australia 2022’s Selin Mengu may be controversial on-screen, however, this throwback pic of her and her son, Roman is CUTE AF!
Spotted modelling on the Huggies brand of nappies, the sweet photos shows Roman as a tiny tot, as his mum looks at him adoringly.
Say what you want about Selin’s behaviour on MAFS, but one thing is for sure – her and Roman certainly make a gorgeous modelling duo!
Married at First Sight Australia‘s Selin Mengu’s Previous Modelling Experience
Selin was previously a part-time glamour model having worked with brands such as Toni & Guy, Ivy, and Soho. The former model has been involved in fashion show events, location and studio photoshoots, and has even been featured walking the catwalk on Today Tonight!
According to her model profile on a sketchy website that looks like it was made in 2010: “She would like to one day be featured as a full-time model working in Australia and across the world.”
“She may soon be accepting offers from overseas modelling agencies,” the bio read. Interesting… I wonder if this has been recently updated to reflect her newfound reality TV fame?
According to a source who spoke with another publication, the single mum has since given up on her modelling career to instead focus on raising her son, Roman.
Why is Selin Mengu on Married At First Sight Australia 2022?
There has been a LOT of negativity towards Selin during her time in the experiment due to her behaviour and lack of care or empathy towards her MAFS husband Anthony Cincotta.
To viewers it appears that she just does not give a f*ck and barely even tries to make the relationship work. This has left some viewers curious as to why she even went on the show in the first place.
In Selin’s MAFS bio it states she is looking for a husband who is honest, faithful, and who will be on her and her son’s team for life. The bio also reveals she wants a “good man”, and a gentleman who has his head firmly on his shoulders.
Those certainly sound like qualities Anthony has so who knows what we are all missing here? Guess we’ll have to stay tuned to find out!
