More proof has emerged that hints at Love Island Australia 2021 co-stars Chris Graudins and Lexy Thornberry hooking up IRL.
The rumour mill has been churning for quite some time now, with the pair sparking dating rumours after a series of Instagram stories and comments hinted at a relationship between them.
Chris and Lexy denied anything of the sort during a joint Instagram Live in January. However, we’re not totally convinced, especially considering they were parading around Sydney arm in arm over the weekend.
Yep! An eagle-eyed fan revealed in a Love Island fan group on Facebook that she spotted the reality stars in Newtown and they were certainly looking cosy!
But wait, there’s more! Chris also shared an Instagram Story from the Sydney Opera House with a very telling caption.
“An amazing view, but the most important one smiling in front of me,” he penned before the camera panned to Lexy.
Is this all the confirmation we need of the latest Love Island Australia recoupling?
What Have Chris Graudins And Lexy Thornberry’s Co-Stars Said About The Potential New Relationship?
During a YouTube video with fellow Islander Courtney Stubbs, Zoe Clish addressed whether her Love Island ex Chris and co-star Lexy are together.
The 26-year-old cryptically revealed: “Whatever’s happening it’s not my news to tell or for me to talk about, so, yeah.”
It’s also worth noting that Lexy and Zoe are no longer following each other on the ‘gram, with it appearing as though Zoe has blocked the former given she is no longer tagged in previous posts on Lexy’s account.
Chris’ OG villa bae Rachael Evren had much more to say, however, opening up during an Instagram Q&A.
“What do you think about Chris and Lexy dating?” a fan asked the ex-Islander.
Noting that this was a “very popular question”, the 21-year-old said “it’s not [her] business to talk about”.
She added: “Just shoutout to [Zoe] for being an incredible role model to women on how to handle yourself with dignity, grace and respect during these type[s] of situations.
“It’s honestly very admirable.”
Now, this is just a hunch, but if nothing was going on between Chris and Lexy, would there really be any “business” for either Zoe or Rachael to talk about? Hmmmm, food for thought!
Chris Graudins Maintains That He And Lexy Thornberry Are Just “Best Friends”
Taking to Instagram Stories over the weekend, Chris decided to stir the pot a lil’, captioning a clip of him and Lexy: “Announcement Time”.
“Just wanted to announce that… we are best friends,” the 25-year-old said in the short video.
However, as one fan pointed out online: “I don’t look at my male best friend like that.”
