Love Island Australia‘s Chris Graudins and Lexy Thornberry have taken to Instagram to deny rumours that they are dating.
The pair, who appeared on the famed dating show last year, sparked dating rumours after a series of Instagram stories and comments hinted at a relationship between them.
On Tuesday night, however, the reality stars appeared in an Instagram Live together, denying that they’re anything more than friends.
“Are you and Chris together?” one fan asked, to which Lexy firmly replied: “No… LOL.” Chris also added that they weren’t an item.
The 20-year-old was also asked whether she remained friends with Zoe Clish, a co-star who Chris recently broke up with following their second-place standing during Love Island 2021.
According to the bombshell, she is still friends with Chris’ ex, but she didn’t elaborate any further.

Despite denying that they’re together, Chris and Lexy’s fellow Islanders recently revealed quite the opposite.
As reported in episode 137 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one of their castmates said while they’re “not official”, they’ve been cosying up to one another.

“I think they’re dating. Not official but have definitely been hanging out with each other a lot and hooking up,” they told So Dramatic!.
Another fellow Islander also confirmed to So Dramatic! that the pair are indeed dating.
Has Zoe Clish Commented On The Dating Rumours About Ex Chris Graudins And Lexy Thornberry?
Chris’ ex-girlfriend Zoe is yet to comment on the rumoured romance between her former co-stars.
Still, some things are said best when you say nothing at all, which is why Zoe’s failure to mention Lexy in a recent Instagram shoutout speaks volumes.
Taking to the app in early January, Zoe posted a carousel of snaps, captioned: “I love my friends.”
The images featured many of the 26-year-old’s loved ones, including co-stars Tina Provis and Mitch Hibberd.
However, Lexy didn’t make an appearance, which comes as a shock considering she and Zoe were spending LOTS of time together post-show, hanging out and making TikToks.
