Love Island Australia‘s loveable dorks Zoe Clish and Chris Graudins have announced that they’ve called time on their relationship.
The pair, who were the 2021 season’s runner-ups, took to Instagram on Monday to reveal the unexpected news.
Posting a loved-up snap of herself and her riot officer beau, Zoe confessed to her followers that she isn’t “ready” for a relationship.
“Chris and I have had an amazing relationship, and it’s been something very special that I’ll always hold close to my heart,” she wrote. “Unfortunately, over the last few weeks, I have realised that I’m not as ready as I thought I was for a relationship.”
The 26-year-old admitted she has some “past issues” that have remained with her despite being in a “healthy loving relationship”.
Despite this, Chris has reportedly been nothing but supportive of the warehouse worker.
According to Zoe, the couple are still “exceptionally close as friends”.
“There is absolutely no bad blood or hard feelings between the two of us,” she penned.
What Did Chris Graudins Say About His Split From Zoe Clish?
Chris shared the same happy snap to his own Instagram account, accompanied by a similar sentiment.
“This isn’t easy for Zoe and I, but we feel it best to be honest and upfront to everyone who supports us,” he wrote.
“We have decided that’s it’s best we stay as friends rather then in a relationship. It’s been a long journey filled with nothing but happiness and love. But at the end of the day there’s more to a relationship then just having similar personalities or qualities. [sic]”
He also revealed that they are “very supportive of one another and there is absolutely no… spite between [them]”.
“We would really respect it if you could be patient and understand as this is a hard time for us both. Thank you again to everyone who supported us as a couple.”

The sudden split comes as a shock to fans of Love Island, after the pair posted a number of images and TikToks that flaunted their relationship.
Zoe and Chris first coupled up after the bubbly 26-year-old entered the villa. Her arrival came just one day after Chris was left single following then-partner Rachael Evren‘s dumping from the show.
After several romantic dates and a cheeky private night in the Hideaway, Chris enlisted the help of his fellow Islanders to ask Zoe to officially be his girlfriend.
